Verification Steps

Application & Document Upload
The supplier candidate uploads their tax registration certificate, trade registry document, and any trademark certificates.

Initial Review
The Bulkoon team reviews the application within 2–3 business days. A notification is sent if any documents are missing.

Product & Quality Audit
The supplier's product catalog and photography standards are reviewed. Physical samples may be requested when needed.

Contract Signing
Approved suppliers sign the seller agreement, which includes platform terms of use and a return policy compliance commitment.
- 05
Account Activation
The supplier account is activated and access to the product listing interface is granted.
