According to the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698, the data controller BULKOON FOOTWEAR AND LEATHER PRODUCTS INDUSTRY TRADE LIMITED COMPANY collects your identity, contact, customer transaction, finance, marketing, request, and complaint data for the purposes of entering into a contractual relationship with you or fulfilling the contracts established with you, performing post-contract services, managing, planning, and executing relationships with our customers, planning, tracking, and executing financial and accounting activities, planning and executing IT and data security activities, planning and executing physical/electronic security measures for the company, planning and executing actions to enhance the perception level of our brand and brand management activities, planning and executing advertising, sales, and marketing operations for our customers, planning and executing activities aimed at developing and/or customizing products and services by analyzing the usage habits and trends of our customers, planning and executing request and complaint management activities for receiving, evaluating, and concluding requests and complaints, conducting operations, research, analysis, and reporting activities related to contract renewal or improving our services, managing, developing, planning, and executing relationships with partners, planning and executing production and/or operational processes, and planning and/or executing business continuity activities, as well as executing strategic planning activities.
Your personal data will be collected from electronic and/or physical environments through our company’s websites, printed forms used in our company and our dealers, current accounts, invoices, and other financial documents, our company’s telephone/call centers, our company’s corporate email and social media accounts, and our company’s mobile applications. The personal data collected from these channels will be processed based on the following legal reasons:
- It is necessary for our company as the data controller to fulfill its legal obligations,
- It is necessary to process personal data of the parties to a contract, provided that it is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract,
- It is necessary for the establishment, use, or protection of a right,
- It is necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the relevant person,
and
- It is processed based on your explicit consent.
Your personal data may be transferred to our affiliates, our group company, our domestic and foreign subsidiaries, our business partners located domestically or abroad, and legally authorized public institutions and/or legally authorized private individuals in accordance with the conditions for the transfer of personal data specified in Articles 8 and 9 of Law No. 6698.
As a personal data owner, you have the following rights under the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698:
To learn whether your personal data is being processed,
If your personal data has been processed, to request information regarding it,
To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
To know the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred, domestically or abroad,
To request the correction of your personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed and to request that the operation carried out in this context be notified to the third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred,
To request the deletion or destruction of your personal data if the reasons requiring its processing have ceased to exist, even if it has been processed in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6698 and other relevant laws, and to request that the operation carried out in this context be notified to the third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred,
To object to the emergence of a result against you by analyzing your processed data exclusively through automated systems,
To request compensation for damages in case you suffer damage due to the unlawful processing of your personal data.
To submit your requests regarding your rights in writing to info@bulkoon.com, by registered mail, through a notary, or by methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board, or to ___________@___.kep.tr with a secure electronic signature, your request will be concluded as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the process requires an additional cost, a fee will be charged according to the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
