DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT
PARTIES
This distance sales agreement (“Agreement”) is signed between BULKOON FOOTWEAR AND LEATHER PRODUCTS INDUSTRY TRADE LIMITED COMPANY, operating the platform (“Platform”), which offers its products for sale for commercial/professional purposes and establishes a sales contract with the Buyer, and the real or legal person trader purchasing the Seller's products for commercial/professional purposes through the Platform (“Buyer”). Hereinafter, the parties will be referred to collectively as the Parties and individually as a Party.
DEFINITIONS
Seller: The real or legal person trader who offers their products for sale for commercial/professional purposes through the Platform and establishes a sales contract with the Buyer.
Buyer: The real or legal person trader who purchases the Seller's products for commercial/professional purposes through the Platform.
Platform: A multi-vendor e-commerce platform operated by Bulkoon, where Sellers list their products and Buyers place orders.
SUBJECT AND SCOPE OF THE AGREEMENT
3.1. This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the Parties regarding the sale and delivery of the products ordered electronically by the Buyer through the Platform and listed by the Seller.
3.2. The Parties acknowledge that the Platform is exclusively aimed at wholesale trade between merchants and tradespeople; therefore, they irrevocably accept that the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers (TKHK) and relevant Consumer Regulations shall not apply to this Agreement and to any sales established under this Agreement.
