TERMS OF USE
PURPOSE AND SCOPE
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are valid for every individual/legal entity (“User”) accessing the BULKOON FOOTWEAR AND LEATHER PRODUCTS INDUSTRY TRADE LIMITED COMPANY platform (“Platform”), and each User is deemed to have read and accepted these Terms.
If Users benefit from services by creating an account on the platform, the provisions of the Membership Agreement in force will also apply.
For suppliers selling products through the Platform, the provisions of the Seller Agreement will also be applicable.
DEFINITIONS
User: Any individual or legal entity accessing the Platform.
Seller: An individual or legal entity merchant who offers their products for sale on the Platform for commercial/professional purposes and establishes a sales contract with the Buyer.
Buyer: An individual or legal entity merchant purchasing the Seller's products for commercial/professional purposes through the Platform.
Platform: A multi-vendor e-commerce platform operated by Bulkoon where Sellers list products and Buyers place orders.
Intermediary Service Provider: A platform that provides an electronic commerce environment for conducting economic and commercial activities belonging to others in accordance with Law No. 6563 and relevant legislation.
