In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“Law No. 6698”), your personal data may be processed by BULKOON AYAKKABI VE DERİ ÜRÜNLERİ SANAYİ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ (“Our Company”) within the scope explained below. This notice informs you about which personal data are processed, the purposes of processing, the methods and legal grounds of data collection, the parties to whom your personal data may be transferred, and your rights.

Contact Information: Phone number, Address, and other contact details,
Location Information: Buyer/Seller/shipment tracking location data,
Legal Process: Information in correspondence with judicial authorities, case file data,
Customer Transactions: Call center records, Invoice, Order information, Request and complaint management data,
Risk Management: Information processed for managing commercial, technical, and administrative risks,
Finance: Balance sheet data, Financial performance data, Credit and risk information, Asset data,
Marketing: Shopping history data, Surveys, Cookie records, Information obtained through campaign activities
Purposes of Processing Your Personal Data
Your personal data are processed for the following purposes;
Execution of contracts established with customers and managing, planning, and conducting relationships during and after the contract period, performing and monitoring post-sale services and obligations arising from contractual relations,
Planning, monitoring, and execution of finance and accounting activities,
Planning and execution of Information Technology and data security activities,
Planning and execution of physical/electronic security measures of the company,
Planning and execution of actions to increase brand awareness and brand management activities,
Analyzing customers' usage habits and tendencies to develop and/or customize products and services, planning and executing advertising, sales, and marketing operations aimed at customers,
Planning and execution of relevant processes to maximize benefits from the products or services offered by the company,
Planning and execution of request and complaint management activities including receiving, evaluating, and resolving requests and complaints,
Conducting operations, research, analysis, and reporting activities related to entering into or renewing contractual relationships with customers,

Methods and Legal Grounds for Collecting Your Personal Data
Your personal data will be collected electronically and/or physically through our company’s websites, printed forms used within the company, current accounts, invoices and other financial documents, company telephone/call centers, corporate email and social media accounts, and mobile applications. The collected personal data are processed based on the purposes and legal grounds stated below, in accordance with Articles 5 and 6 of the Law.
Legal grounds based on the necessity for our company to fulfill its legal obligations as data controller;
Ensuring data accuracy and currency,
Providing information to authorized institutions as required by legislation,

Based on your explicit consent;
Analyzing customers’ usage habits and tendencies to develop products and services and sending e-commercial communications related to advertising, sales, and marketing to customers
Parties to Whom Your Personal Data May Be Transferred and Transfer Purposes
Your personal data may be transferred domestically or internationally to our shareholders, affiliates, subsidiaries, group companies, business partners, and authorized public institutions and organizations in accordance with the personal data transfer conditions set forth in Articles 8 and 9 of Law No. 6698, within the scope of the Purposes stated above.
Rights of the Personal Data Owner under Article 11 of Law No. 6698
As a personal data owner, you have the right to;
Learn whether your personal data are processed,
Request information if your personal data have been processed,
Learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used accordingly,
Know the third parties to whom your personal data are transferred domestically or abroad,
Request correction of your personal data if they are incomplete or inaccurately processed and request notification of this correction to third parties to whom your data have been transferred,
Request deletion or destruction of your personal data if the reasons requiring processing no longer exist despite being processed in accordance with the law and other legislation, and request notification of this to third parties to whom your data have been transferred,
Object to the emergence of a result against you by analyzing your processed data exclusively through automated systems,
Request compensation for damages if you suffer harm due to unlawful processing of your personal data.
To effectively exercise these rights, you can submit your request including necessary identity information, other requested details, and explanations regarding the right you wish to exercise under Article 11 of the Law by filling out the form at https://bulkoon.com/veri-sahibi-basvuru-formu. You may deliver the signed copy of the form along with identity documents in person to AKÇABURGAZ MAH. 3027. SK. NO: 1 F ESENYURT/ISTANBUL, send it by registered mail, via a notary, or by other methods specified in the Law. Alternatively, you may send the form securely signed electronically to the relevant secure email address. Your request will be concluded as soon as possible and no later than 30 (thirty) days. If the process requires an additional fee, the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board will be applied.
