Application Method
You can submit your requests regarding your rights listed in Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("Law") to our Company using this form through one of the four methods described below, in accordance with Article 13 of the Law and Article 5 of the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles for Application to the Data Controller. Your applications submitted to us will be responded to "as soon as possible and no later than thirty days" from the date your request reaches us, depending on the nature of the request, as per the second paragraph of Article 13 of the Law.
It is necessary for you to provide the requested information and documents completely and accurately, depending on the nature of this form and your request. If the requested information and documents are not provided properly, there may be disruptions in the conduct of the investigations to be carried out by our company regarding your request. In this case, our company reserves its legal rights. Therefore, the relevant form must be sent in a way that includes the requested information and documents completely, depending on the nature of your request.
